Genuine enquiries from businesses are welcome for a minimum order of 200 bottles of each product. Apply for a quotation on a company letterhead and fax it to ++ 64 9 4755213. Any time - 24/7.
Please state:
- Product quantities.
- Date required.
- Preferred courier: DHL, Fedex, TNT, UPS or NZ Post courier; or by NZ Post Airmail or Economy mail (mail - no tracking available). If you don't state this, then our quotation will be based on the options available, mostly by NZ Post Air mail.
- Your preferred payment method: T/T or L/C. Sorry, no credit cards (saves us 3.5%).
- That you have checked with your local customs department regarding duties and restrictions. If you don't state this, then we assume that you are aware of the customs regulations in your country.
If you want to become an exclusive distributor, please fax us your company profile/résumé. State what other products you are already selling. Let us know your business plan for our products; marketing, timeframe, quantities and the country or area you expect to sell our products in. Exclusive distributors are not allowed to sell products from our direct competitors. (if you do then this will end the exclusive distributorship, however you can continue to sell our products until we find another exclusive distributor).
Our quotations and export prices do not include any of your local taxes and/or import duties (if any). Please enquire at your customs department about taxes, duties and import restrictions (if any) regarding our 'dietary natural food supplements', before you send your enquiry to us. It's very hard for us to keep up to date with all the regulations in all countries and that are subject to change without notice to us. If you get a negative advice or an unconvincing answer in your country, don't give up and go for a second opinion at a different department to cut through the red tape.

Conditions of Sale - Bulk orders & Distributors.
- Quotations and pricing in New Zealand Dollars only.
- All shipments are CIF and shipped by Courier of your choice or by New Zealand Post unless other arrangements are made.
- Payment must be made in advance by T/T in New Zealand Dollars and must include T/T charges of NZ$20.00 that we have to pay our bank upon receipt.
- If you insist on a Letter of Credit (L/C), then a 50% deposit is required upon placement of the order and the balance due upon presentation, by Lovely Health, of shipping documents. All costs for the L/C are for the buyer; this includes drafts and amendments, and must be set up by the buyer. There will be a further possible charge added to your invoice/quotation for bank fees and commission charged by our bank to us and for documents that need to be attested by the Auckland Chamber of Commerce and or your Embassy - if you require so.
- Delivery for average bulk shipments can take up to 4-6 weeks after receipt of payment, but if in stock we can supply a smaller quantity to get you started. To guarantee a maximum expiry date and to guarantee premium quality we do not keep a large stock.
- Our 'online sales refund policy' does not apply to bulk shipments.
